![]() However, when I log into LoTW, those contacts are not there - only contacts up to part way through March 26. When I did that, I confirmed that the selected ADIF was the one I wanted signed and uploaded and set the start and end dates, I then got a message (attached) essentially indicating that those contacts had already been uploaded and I was given the option to Cancel or upload them again. #Hrd version 5.24.38 download software#I then selected the ADIF file that was created on my latest attempt to have the logging software upload the contacts. After making several attempts to get my logging software to upload the contacts, calling TQSL for certifying as it always has, I decided to launch TQSL directly and I selected Sign a log and upload it to LoTW automatically. Per your suggestion to Charlie, I checked that my TQSL certificate number matches, and it does - and, yes, I am using the latest version of TQSL. Suddenly, at some point during March 26, my HRD logbook contacts were no longer uploading or downloading to/from LoTW. However, it has not resolved my problem which seems similar but perhaps not entirely identical to Charlie's. Thanks again to all whose comments are assisting in my 'learning experience' - and, hopefully, a resolution. ![]() If I determine that works, then I can start to focus solely on my logging software configuration but, if it doesn't work, then my problem likely has nothing to do with my logging software and the focus can be shifted. I still have not been able to conclusivelydetermine that using TQSL directly to upload log-exported contacts, as opposed to via my logging software, is working. Because uploaded contacts can sometimes take a day to be processed and entered into my log (you were fortunate that it only took a matter of minutes), it does make my troubleshooting efforts difficult and extremely time-consuming. Especially important was your stating that the uploaded contents did show up in your LoTW log, as my problem, and perhaps Charlie's as well, is that the contacts appear to upload (i.e., normal looking actions with no error message), but they DO NOT show up in my LoTW log. #Hrd version 5.24.38 download download#I click the download button which changes colour during the click, I see the Windows cursor hourglass for a split-second, and then nothing! Kathy, thank you for providing your comment, as it would tend to indicate that those folks using HRD v5.24 should not be having any problems with LoTW. Download attempts, on the other hand, don't appear to actually be doing anything. The contacts do not show up in the log and, if I attempt to upload again, the message indicates that they have already been uploaded. Again, the upload attempts appear to be functioning, as I see the progress bar moving and there are no error messages. ![]() FYI, I have made sure that the correct URLs are entered into both the upload and download fields. ![]() Any day I learn something is a good day! So, simply switching software apps or versions as a way to resolve this issue may have to be done but it is not my preferred first course of action. ![]() Any time I run into a problem, my preference is to try to resolve it and to use it as a learning experience to enhance my understanding of how things work. ![]()
